THE POWER OF FRAU is a participatory performance ritual tailored for 12 audience members. Created and performed by Maria Svensson & Cathy Walsh, the piece premiered in 2018 as part of Féile na Bealtaine, Dingle and Cork Midsummer Festival with performances in The Beehive Theatre and the Firkin Crane.

"There is Power in Pleasure. We like to think we're Power Frauen, fierce ones with rainbow coloured hair and chakras perfectly balanced.

We dance together to create a world, with imagination and sensation as our tools, opening up to ‘What If?’…
