BEAG

BEAG is a unique Early Years Arts programme that explores the endless possibilities of play, imagination, creativity and expression with and for children under 3 years.

Together with visual artist Regina Carbayo, Maria has created two performance pieces: Paperpond & Paperpuff Play which have been shown in childcare - and arts centres around Cork 2017-2019. In 2017 the two pieces visited An Lab Arts Centre, Dingle and Paperpuff Play was shown in the Triskel Arts Centre as part of Cork Midsummer Festival 2018. In 2019 Paperpond play was shown as part of Cork Midsummer Festival and in the Crawford Art Gallery Cork as part of their Seen and Heard Playspace.

BEAG is an initiative of the Local Authority ArtsOffices of Cork City and County Councils and the Health Services Executive Southern Region (HSE South) Arts and Health programme, with organising partner Graffiti Theatre Company.
